Hazel Moving Company is the absolute best!!! They helped us with 3 different moves in the past 2 months, and each and every time the crew was polite, professional, and meticulous in their work. They also were willing to go the extra mile every time we asked them to do something that came up. I could not be more satisfied and grateful for all of their work. Moving is stressful enough, but having a moving company that works as well as these guys makes the process a whole lot more pleasant. I could not recommend them more highly. They were fast and friendly. We were moving in the same school district so we didn't have to travel far. There was one accident where the floor was damaged but they did their best to fix it and brought in their own floor guy. They weren't happy with the quality of the repair themselves and so offered to pay for us to bring in our own floor guy. With the best will in the world, accidents can still happen, but I really appreciate how they went about making it right.

Hazel moving was outstanding. We've moved many times, and fortunately have never had a bad experience - but - Hazel stepped it up a significant notch compared with every other mover we've used in the past.

Specifically:
1) We are moving out of town and building a new house, so we need to put things in storage for up to a year. In the effort of thinning down - and selling/giving away a lot of furniture, books, clothing - we fell way behind on our packing. Hazel was scheduled to come and pack up only our artwork and furniture on a Friday (while we were supposed to pack everything else) but we called them on Thursday morning saying we were way behind and needed help on packing more mundane things, like our kitchen and many smaller items. We spoke at 9am, and by noon they had 4 people at our door, who worked until 7pm - then worked a full day the next day as well.
2) They were extremely careful with ensuring our boxes were correctly labeled and stored in the correct spot in our storage room, since we will need access to some items sooner than other items. When they saw an unlabeled box, they stopped and showed it to us to ensure we had a correct label for it and it didn't get misplaced.
3) Since we were still packing as they loaded the truck, we were getting stressed! They stayed calm and pleasant throughout the entire two days of packing and then the 3rd day of unloading at our storage facility.
4) We have delicate art items and pottery, as well as some delicate and antique furniture. It was handled with extreme care in all cases. It was clear they understood how to handle finer pieces.
5) The team communicated well with each other and with us, while continuing to move quickly.

We were overall very pleased with our experience, and are only sorry that we are moving several hours away so we can't rehire Hazel when we unload the storage locker into our new home.
