This was the third time my family had used them. Unfortunately, the glass broke in the handmade hutch my dad made during the move. That was on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. The next week, the glass was replaced thanks to Heaven On Earth moving. They did the right thing. I can't recommend them enough. The movers are all clean cut and very nice and professional. Dana and Jessie were great. And we will use them again when we move to our new home in a year.

The ladies who help with questions and setting up your service are very helpful. I called with a plethora of questions after using other moving companies in the past and not having great experiences and they were re-assuring and very knowledgeable about the service.

They offer extra levels of moving insurance at a cost which was what was most important to us - I inquired about this from the beginning and they were able to provide me with all the information I was needing.

The movers were professional, arrived early, and were very efficient with their time. They always made sure our items were secure & taken care of as well.
