Heck's Transfer and Moving

Called, had to leave a message but still no return call.

I highly recommend Hecks.
I had my father scheduled to move into assisted living on August 12, two days after the Derecho Storm that hit Cedar Rapids.
I was able to get in touch with Becky, the owner of the business, through Facebook.
Phone service was down, and Becky went above and beyond facilitating the move, including a personal visit to the assisted living residence. Communications were excellent, and I was kept advised of any changes.
A week later, when the bedroom furniture had not yet been delivered by the store it was purchased from, I contacted Hecks again for assistance. Hecks was able to pick up his furniture and assemble it by the date needed, on short notice
