Hedberg Moving Solutions

Requested an online quote. After receiving an email from them requesting more detail, which I provided, I haven't heard back from them. I even sent a 'is there anything else you need' email but still no response. We are looking to have a piano moved across town to a storage facility. I guess they're not interested in such a small job. Very unprofessional to not let us know that up front.

They came highly recommended and lived up to it in every way. Branden gave us on onsight estimate that was thorough and straight. Gave me fair quote and explained what I could do to reduce the cost. Even suggested the number of boxes needed to pack our things, when all done they got the work done in hours less time, all fit in a single truck. And the final bill was substantially under the estimate. Also not one broken item, not a single mark on a wall at either end. The crew was professional, pleasant and courteous. They were such a great moving company to work with. Brandon and his team are all polite, and yet fun to work with. They loaded two trucks , kept them overnight, and delivered everything the next day. I would highly recommend them.

We’ve used Hedberg for our last two moves and I cannot say enough great things about them. They really go above and beyond to get the job done, even when you’ve accumulated as much stuff as we have! They are really upfront and honest about what they can and can’t do (like what fragile items you might be better off moving yourself) and don’t rack up extra hours with simple jobs like assembling and disassembling furniture unless you want them to. The quote we were provided just based on an online inventory of our belongings was pretty spot-on for the hours actually charges on the day of our move (and you’re only charged for the hours actually worked - if they finish up quicker, you’re not stuck paying for the whole day). We hope that we won’t need to move again anytime soon, but if we do we will definitely hire Hedberg again. It was worth every penny.
