Thank you Helpers Moving & Storage for making our move easy! Our movers were very friendly, professional and efficient.

We had the most terrible move we've ever had. Loading at the house we were moving from they hit a neighbors brick pillar with their truck. They didn't tell us about it but did compensate our neighbor. They were scheduled to deliver our stuff on a Tuesday. They arrived and after telling them where to put stuff they realized they brought 2 storage units but not the 3rd unit. They wanted to schedule us a week and a half later to bring the stuff. I talked to the owner and told her I didn't think we needed to wait since they forgot it. Somehow they managed to get it here Friday. A tool box was busted up. Our big TVs screen was busted, they put a king bed together and left one of the braces on the floor under the bed. Didn't tell us anything. The king mattress is too heavy for us thats why we paid them. She said they would be responsible for the bed. Now we are trying to find some one to take the bed apart and fix it. Just another headache. They work too fast and scrap and nick every where they go. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to move you. If they only move in town they might do better but they moved us out state. If you want to be compensated for damage you better let them do the packing. Get ready to pay.

I’ve used Helpers for many years and for many moves, and it makes such a difference to have a moving company this experienced and hands-on when it comes to coordinating all of the details associated with transporting contents from one location to another. They are careful with our things and our property, and they’re knowledgeable about how to navigate the hauling and loading process to to the point where I would say it’s efficiency at its best. Plus they don’t shy away from what is obviously a difficult job . . . My most recent move could have been a logistics disaster, but the company owner is so organized and thinks of all the details that will help make a move run more smoothly. I’m always amazed, and I couldn’t be more pleased once again to have her moving us! Additionally, the guys she brought in were the best! They worked hard and were so pleasant throughout the process, which makes a huge difference in what could otherwise be a stressful moving day.
