Helpful Movers

Fantastic job! The gentlemen that came were very professional, fast, and had a great work ethic. It was really warm and muggy out and they just pushed right through and got it all done in half the time I expected! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Never used movers before but these guys came recommended to me. After calling them up and squaring the details, I was put at ease with fair pricing and attention to detail. Upon arrival, they packed all our stuff into a truck, drove it to our new home, unpacked and moved everything inside exactly where we wanted it. This included a couch, a treadmill and exercise bike down a flight of stairs. After they finished, they asked me to do a walk through to make sure everything was in its right place. This attention to detail was impressive!
I was also impressed with their teamwork, communication, professionalism and speed. Pierce, Andrew, Josh and Seth were the crew that helped us, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for help moving something.

These movers were terrific! Andrew, Jackson, Mark, and Damien were wonderful! They were helpful, efficient, and hard working. We will definitely recommend them, and use them again when we have the need. Great experience for us.

UPDATE

I am lowering my original review due to damage to my items I found after opening the trailer at the destination. Several boxes were totally crushed due to being stacked and secured improperly and contents were loose including fragile vinyl records. A lot of my furniture is very dirty as well even though I provided moving blankets to help prevent this. I was told helpful movers had a experience packing UPack trailers correctly so I'm pretty disappointed.

Pierce and his crew were great. I had them load a UPack trailer at my town home and they were punctual, professional, and super quick. They actually used less space on the trailer than I reserved! Highly recommend them for moving in Cache Valley!

This was my review three years ago: Great customer service. Kyler was great to work with over the phone. One of them (Woody) really stood out for his friendliness as well and his ability to work independently and non stop.

My review now: They'll get the job done, but do not expect any kind of human quality. You are hiring machines that will be careless with your possessions if you are not supervising and that will not even acknowledge your existence unless you get angry because they are damaging your items (boxes clearly marked 'fragile, this side up' being crammed and turned around). Will never hire them again. Go with someone else.
