Helpful Movers made moving so easy. They accommodated my needs, were professional and showed up on time. I cannot say enough great things about them. Everyone was so pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend using them for your move.

My family and I had a very positive experience with Helpful Movers. I dealt mainly with Stephanie before the move. She explained their policies throughout and checked in regularly. The move took two days, and the movers were just as friendly and helpful (haha) as could be. Ronnie, PJ, and Scott were their names. Good people. Prices were reasonable, and they easily accommodated a couple of late game requests. I recommend them without reservation.

Communication with the company wasn't very easy. There was no paperwork, just a verbal quote. One of my boxes was dropped on the ground and a piece of furniture was damaged, which I reported immediately but was never addressed by the company. I sent a written description of these issues with photos and never received a response. One of the workers was off to the side talking on the phone multiple times and I thought that to be unprofessional given that I was paying for time.

Helpful movers was fantastic. They were very professional at communicating with me leading up to the move and the estimate they gave me for the move was exactly what the move ended up costing. The crew was very friendly, fast, and took great care with everything.
