The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life

BEWARE. COST WENT UP $400 and an hour OVERNIGHT! At the end of the move was told $1110.80 for 3 men and 5 1/2 hours. Told the office was closed and they couldn't take a card and instructed to call the next morning with payment. Billed over $1400 for 3 men and SIX 1/2 hours. (Had been quoted $2100 for FOUR men and 10 hours)

They had a blown tire the night before and the movers had been out until 2am in Louisville KY resulting in being told on day of arrival they could only load me, not UNload me and the unload would have to wait 2 days. That was a conflict for me so after a good 30 minutes of standing around contemplating they suddenly were able to do both.

Men were exhausted

Price went up OVERNIGHT because they couldn't accept payment after office closed and it was 'refigured'.

Overall a disappointing experience

Greg was amazing and very professional I would use them again

This is a great company to rent a storage unit from!!! Very friendly staff!!

The workers got the job done, but not without damaging newly laid flooring.
Reached out 3 times, no response regarding repair of damages. Disappointing service.
