Burning Man rental )'(

Three weeks before heading out to Burning Man for build week, camp plans changed and I needed to rent a truck. A friend recommended Hengehold Trucks and I called them right away, as rentals are usually difficult to find for the event, and even more so last minute. Dee answered the phone and was kind and attentive. One of her first questions after providing the dates I needed the rental for was to ask if the truck was for Burning Man - usually this would make event goers nervous, as there can be hefty cleaning fees associated with the event. She let me know that she was the only person in the office at the moment and after getting some of my information, she assured me she'd email some paperwork and confirm availability shortly. She kept true to her word and within 2 hours I received an email with all of the documentation required. The pricing is very fair and there was no additional charge for taking the truck to the event. Each time I called, Dee was so attentive and patient; I would have never known she was holding it down solo in the office.

The pickup and drop-off process were seamless and easy. The rental agreement documentation even provided options for cleaning services in a variety of Bay Area locations - so convenient! The staff here is extremely kind and easy going. Upon drop-off, I even left with a loaf of sourdough bread from the staff! Where else does customer service exist like this anymore?

Dee was such a pleasure to work with, I let everyone know in my camp to rent from Hengehold in the future. She's a serious asset! I'm tempted to offer her a job. (*Seriously, she's amazing.)
