Aaron and Elizabeth have been servicing my piano for about 3 years and they are always a delight to work with. They are responsive, professional, and they do wonderful, quality work. I emphatically recommend them to anyone seeking any piano services.

I had Heppler come out and tune my piano which hadn't been tuned in over 15 years. Heppler sent out a gentleman who was on time and wore a mask while at my house. He did 2 cycles of tuning: the initial tune, let the piano settle and then went through the keys a second time. He also inspected my piano pedals, the interior and exterior to see if I needed any additional repairs (which I did not). He advised me on how to maintain the wood and how it should be cleaned. They charged me $200 and I had a great experience. I will be using them again in the future.
