Very smooth experience. I had an internal move of all my furniture (refinishing hardwood floors). Tom and his team were very easy to work with, and very transparent and fair about pricing, and accommodating of my scheduling needs. I was most impressed with the care they took in moving everything, plenty of old, fragile pieces, and making sure my new floors stayed looking new. Would definitely use them again.
