Very responsive and timely! They were an hour early, but it didn't bother them to wait a little longer so I could reach the elevator on schedule. They moved swiftly and with great care for my possessions. The final quote was less expensive than the initial quote. I definitely would use them once again!

I recently had to move to a new apartment and was really stressed about the whole process. I had so much stuff to pack, and I was worried about everything getting damaged or not fitting in the new place. But then I hired Hercules Moving Solutions, and they completely took the load off my shoulders. The team was super friendly and efficient. They packed everything carefully, and nothing got damaged. They even helped with unloading and placing the furniture exactly where I wanted it. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve managed without them. They made my move so much easier, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!

Initially, reviewed (with video and pictures) on Feb 3 2024 and gave 2 stars due to damage of my items and sent my cross country move to a cheap and poorly ran moving company (Alma movers).

However, on Feb 5, HMS responded to me and then had my review removed (before I could see the response). I can still see the picture and video I posted with that first review; so, I know it existed. As such, I'm bumping to 1 star in hopes this helps folks avoid wasting their money peace of mind. Attached are videos of our delivery and the state of the items (crushed, water damage) after they 'magically' arrived on time from an unknown storage facility. Mind you, we were assured door-to-door delivery.
