Review:
Initially, reviewed (with video and pictures) on Feb 3 2024 and gave 2 stars due to damage of my items and sent my cross country move to a cheap and poorly ran moving company (Alma movers).
However, on Feb 5, HMS responded to me and then had my review removed (before I could see the response). I can still see the picture and video I posted with that first review; so, I know it existed. As such, I'm bumping to 1 star in hopes this helps folks avoid wasting their money peace of mind. Attached are videos of our delivery and the state of the items (crushed, water damage) after they 'magically' arrived on time from an unknown storage facility. Mind you, we were assured door-to-door delivery.

We are happy that we selected them because their prices were affordable considering the excellent service they offered. The movers were punctual and hardworking, and their professional help made our move easy and stress-free. Simply the best.
