My Movers were Awesome ?

Greg and Jose did an amazing job! They were really quick and packaged everything really well and secure. I have a lot of fragile items, and everything was in perfect condition when it was unpacked.

Very pleased with the moving service provided by professional and strong Greg and Andres (aka Andy) from Hercules Moving on Sunday, February 23rd. Service was for moving from one apartment to another. All the furniture was wrapped with blankets and/or plastic. Furniture and boxes loaded into the truck, transported, and unloaded in a careful and efficient manner.

Other details and highlights:
-- Cost? Over the phone while scheduling the service as well as in person during the service, cost was clearly communicated with no hidden fees. Hercules Moving charges per hour (by 15 min increments) starting when the movers leave the office and ending when they return. Therefore, as a customer you are paying for total transportation time and physical labor time.

For example: START (truck leaves office) > arrives at first destination > packs truck > departs > arrives at second destination > unloads truck > departs > ENDS (truck arrives at office).

-- Do movers take breaks? Greg and Andy decided not to take a lunch break during the service. Though, if they did Hercules Moving does not charge customers for time elapsed due to a break, such as lunch.

-- Communication with movers? I really appreciated Greg calling me when he left the office at 8:15am (start of service) and providing me with an estimated time of arrival to my 'old' apartment. Also, Greg calculated how long it would take from my 'new' apartment to the Hercules Moving office for the purpose of marking down an end time of the service. Note this was done prior to walking me through the final cost (total time multiplied by hourly cost) so I could provide a final signature and pay for the service provided.

-- Would I use Hercules Moving again? Yes, especially Greg and Andy!
