Got the Groupon like everyone else did. Look, if we could do it again we'd pay a little more for a more organized company. This company is made of regional teams and the region closest to us (Cinci) had a few personnel things going on the morning of our move so we had to wait on their Louisville guy instead, so they were way late, which wasn't his fault - he was filling in on the spot. That man is the ONLY reason we're satisfied. He was exceptional and made what could've been a very frustrating situation much more tolerable. I would only use this company again if the manager from Louisville is on the job. If you're going through with this, request him, pay him. The move itself was fine.

I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Move was scheduled to move a hot tub on Sunday 3/18/18. Because of inclement weather on the Saturday before the move, I was told by a rep at the call center in Indianapolis that it would be rescheduled for either Monday or Tuesday. Considering the circumstances, it was understandable (even though Sunday ended up being 50 and all snow was gone before the timeframe of my original move time).

The manager at the local branch said they would try to schedule me in on Tuesday and would call me on Monday.

After waiting all day, I call them at 4:00 pm to find out an update. I was told the earliest they could schedule me in was the following Saturday because they were overbooked by the call center.

Thank you very much Here to There Movers for putting the close of sale of our family's previous home in jeopardy due to the new owner not wanting to have a tub on their property. Thank you for making me consider disposing my investment in a hot tub in order to try to get it off the old property. Oh, and thank you for trying to charge me $150 more than a local company who was willing to come out and take care of the job on Wednesday after I hired them on Tuesday.

If I could rate zero stars I would. If there really is this much of a disconnect in communication between their call center and the local branch, then something needs to be fixed. Otherwise, I don't see how this company expects to remain in business.

Would give negative stars if possible. Wife picked these guys because there was a Groupon. First they were scheduled to be here at 9 and called to say their truck broke down. Asked for a discount but they would not give it, instead offered to give 2 additional movers. They were literally running with things into the house my wife told me. When I got home I saw they had scraped paint off the doorframe to the downstairs, gouged a chunk from the side of the stair well and a dent in the overhead ceiling. The best part is, I go to hook up my 60' Vizio TV and it's just a bunch of straight lines and a pixelated X where something struck the screen. We filled a claim with pics then we're told the mover would come out to inspect the damage. He was supposed to be here at 4. Never showed. When we called now they are telling my wife since she didn't pay for the more expensive insurance they offered they will only pay .60/lb toward the cost. $30. He claims he personally put the TV on the truck and it couldn't have gotten damaged. For a $950 TV ppl! DO NOT USE THESE PPL AT ANY COST. I learned the hard way and now am out $1000.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! THEY DIDNT COME PREPARED WITH THEIR OWN TOOLS, THEY KEPT MY COUCH BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE THE TOOLS TO GET INTO MY HOUSE AND SO I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER AND MY FRIEND GOT IT IN WITH NO PROBLEM. TWO OF THE GUYS STOOD AROUND DOING NOTHING, THEY DIDNT PUT MY BEDROOM FURNITURE TOGETHER, THEY BROKE A PIECE A FURNITURE, THEY LOST A PIECE OF FURNITURE, THEY MADE HOLES IN MY WALLS AND AFTER ALL THIS AFTER I REFUSED TO SIGN THEIR CONTRACT DUE TO ALL THE DAMAGE AND LOST AND BROKEN FURNITURE AND LACK OF WORK DONE I STOPPED PAYMENT THE CHECK AND THEY THEN WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY HAD SAME MY DEBIT CARD INFORMATION FROM WHEN I MADE MY RESERVATION FOR THE AMOUNT OF ALMOST 500$ AFTER THE 200$ GIVEN FROM GROUPON
