Here to There Movers

They showed up 1.5 hrs early. All 4 guys were high. Charged me for mattress pads when they didn’t use them. Charged me for $100 for fuel when the move was only 15miles and they said anything under 40 was included. Broke my elliptical and tried to say they didn’t. Movers mean mugged me the whole time, I think it was because I outworked them. The only thing good was that they got most of my stuff there, however the truck wasn’t full and they should’ve been able to get the rest of the stuff.

The company sent men who were exhausted to move my items. One of the movers started complaining from the get-go that they had been working all day. I am not sure why I should have to pay for that. First of all, I was giving a arrival window of 12-5pm. They showed up at 4:30pm. That’s not the worst part, they insisted they would start charging me 1.5 hours from 7pm which was not mentioned to me at all when I was booking them. I didn’t think it was fair I got sent men who were already exhausted, which ultimately reflected in their attitude while they were working. They were not too careful with how they handled my furniture. One guy (Paul I think was his name), tried to be reasonable. The other guy couldn’t wait to leave. My items were not put away properly, and they wouldn’t go back to get the rest from the old house. I tried to talk to the manager on the phone about not expending his staff and he had a nasty attitude about me telling him how to run his “5 star business”. Oh well.

I had an amazing experience with here and there movers. They helped me pack, they moved extra things even after I had him put in one spot they moved them to another spot and very willing to help me do anything and everything I wanted. They were honest about where things would fit in where they would not fit. I think that Billy and James did a wonderful job!!!??. They helped me move into my very first home which is a very meaningful experience. They understood that I was nervous and stressed and were very very reassuring. I highly recommend them the entire company I even got a follow up call at the end of the day to check in see how everything went. ?? 5 stars for here to there movers!
