Here to There Movers

I have used this company twice and I should have never returned. They broke the leg on my couch , they ripped my leather foot board, the mover Demetrius decided to argue with me when I told him not to carry my washer by the hot and cold water hoses. The Manager of the office was moving my washer with him and allowed that behavior. I was asked to empty my dresser drawers prior to the move and they still scratched my dresser draw. There were two gentleman that were extremely polite and professional throughout the entire move(they rode in a red SUV)! Demetrius referred to me as “Hun” when I told him not to set my boxes in a certain location, I corrected Demetrius in how he would address me, again the office manager standing there and he said nothing. The office manager answered two personal calls during my move. I wouldn’t have complained about the office manager’s personal calls, because he did displayed some moments of professionalism, however I would suggest leading his team instead of being their friends with them. They attempted to hide the broken couch leg and their response “it’s some where under there,” when I asked what happened to my couch! I was told that I have to jump through several hoops to get my items fixed. I’m going to tell everyone who will listen that Here To There movers is a trashy, unprofessional moving service and I even used the groupon. I’m glad that I had that because the way they threw my furniture around was a horrible representation of this business

Wally & Malcomb were fantastic! They were fast, friendly, and took amazing care of my possessions. This is my second move with Here-to-There movers and I will continue to use them for any & all moving needs that arise.

Great experience! Steve, Mike G, & Mike we're excellent! Toured the house figuring out what was being moved, grabbed everything, and unloaded everything quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this team!

DO NOT USE. Terrible experience. They broke my bed, demolished a shelf, left boxes in the garage and living room instead of moving them to the labeled room, dinged walls and furniture, charged $500 more than the estimate I was quoted, and refused to move a plant I was assured they would move. One guy was very rough with my stuff, dropped a lot of things, and complained the whole time. I finally (after two weeks) emptied every container and I am missing a box with vintage purses in it. I called and emailed customer service and I have had no response.
