Here to There Movers

Worst company ever. They were late to our move, almost didn't show up, were slow, and damaged our walls and hard wood floors in our new home. I then had to fight for 5 MONTHS to get any money back, and not even enough to cover the cost of the damage they caused. I went around and around in a constant game of 'we'll call you back' and nobody ever did. J.R. said he was a manager and when he found out around month 3 promised to fix the next day, I never heard back. Only when I threatened small claims court did I get them to listen at all. The owner himself Joshua Baxter at one point spoke to me said he'd fix it and never called back. I would never EVER recommend using this company unless you want to waste your time and money.

Absolutely terrible service. Movers were kind and hard working but destroyed our walls, knocked trim off of our floor, gouged door frames, scraped paint, and broke furniture. They used bungee cords to fold my mattress in half and left it on my bedroom floor still bungeed together. It has been two days and I still do not have my bed frame or the shelves for my entertainment stand and bookshelf. They claimed they were left on the truck and someone would be in touch. I have called 4 times over two days with no return call or offer to resolve the issue. I am contacting the BBB and suggest others do the same. This is beyond unacceptable.
