From what i have seem of these guys they need better plans before they start work

When I initially left a voicemail, the company never called me back. I called a week later to try again and spoke with Russell Childs. Russell was able to look at the property that day since he was in the area, but when he called me on the phone to discuss, he said he would call back in about 5 minutes. He never called me back, so I was left wondering what was going on for the duration of the weekend.

On Monday afternoon I called back, since I had not heard from him. He said he wasn't really interested in the project (which is fine), but he would call me the next day and get me a quote to move the house.

6pm Tuesday comes around, and still no word from Russell. I called twice with no answer. I texted him at 6:30pm and it is now Thursday afternoon as I write this post... I have not heard back from Russell. No calls like he promised, no response to my text, and still no quote. If he was uninterested in the job that's fine, but to not call back or answer my calls/texts, is not the right way to inform a client you are uninterested.

I read the other negative reviews of this company and was hesitant to even call them to begin with. Those other reviews are accurate and I would not recommend using this company.

Unprofessional company with Poor business ethics.

EDIT: Russell finally called me back today after seeing this review. I was in an important meeting and he literally called me FIFTEEN TIMES IN A ROW.

To Russell's response: Correct, you did say you weren't interested after ignoring my texts and calls for days. Then, on Monday when you finally answered the phone, you said you weren't interested, but you would call back the next day (Tuesday) after talking with the guys and get me a quote. My husband and I both heard you say this on the phone. On Thursday when we spoke on the phone after your 15 calls to me, you said you never said you'd get us a quote. So not only are you only replying to make your company look better, you are a liar as well. Do not use this company.

ALSO... We hired a different company to move the house. Russell just didn't know what he was doing and was too inexperienced to get the job done.

These are probably the most competent people I've worked with of any profession. Got the job done in an incredibly timely manner (faster than all of the other subcontractors, even though their job was immense), at a good rate, and they did it excellently. Deep respect and appreciation.
