Heritage Moving and Storage

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Customer service does not pay attention to the required needs of the customer. I needed permission for my building to use the elevator and they called me the day of at 10am and I had to store my furniture in a storage unit that they had promised for the first month and then said that it didn’t apply. My main issue is that the mover were so careless that the base of my bed which are the easier thing to move, are damaged, my bed cost me 7k and it doesn’t recline as it should because of the base. They lost one of the base leg. My dresser is destroyed, nothing was covered. My mattress had a plastic as it was brand new, and they didn’t cover it, so it is cover in dust. Michael was the person I spoke to and I was so dissatisfied that I contacted him and all I got was an email that wasn’t working. This company is the worst when it comes to customer service and caring about the customer’s stuff which is counterproductive because movers are hired to do a professional job, not to destroy things, and they won’t respond to me to at least try to find a solution and see if the bed can be at least fixed.

I just got off the phone with a lady by the name of Lisa and she was very efficient and very knowledgeable gave me a straight price worked with my pricing and helped me out a lot I would highly recommend calling Lisa at Heritage moving because not only does she work with you on your budget but she explains things very precisely to you highly recommended thank you KimberLy
