Heritage Moving and Storage

Terrible moving company. They had different movers deliver my stuff and over half was missing or damaged. Some boxes were even opened! Then they stole my highest price items and never returned them even though they claimed they had them. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY.

Not on the up and up, up front. No problem corresponding with company until moving day and no one answers texts or phone calls. 2 stars for Movers.

Terrible experience. Quoted at $1900 and then ended up having to pay $3000. Still have not received items and driver is MIA.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT BOOK THEM FOR YOUR MOVING! They took $1,800 from me and will not give it back! I booked them 16 hours ago and after seeing they fraud, scams, up charging people and holding their items hostage on BBB I wanted to cancel asap! ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS THEY HAVE ARE FAKE, look on BBB you will see the horrendous things they have done! Please spread the word and stay far away from this company

Would NOT recommend this company for your move. They have shady policies that are not discussed before the move. Sales pushed to get a deposit immediately without fully disclosing all policies. We were scheduled to have our stuff moved on a Sunday morning and sales told us it would take the team two days to get our stuff from Florida to NC - apparently that's not AT ALL how it works. Since they didn't have a full load they waited a week until they could get more customers - which would have been fine if I KNEW and kept my medicines on me instead of letting them get loaded in the truck. Pick up they were 6 hours late and dispatch was rude - also took hours to get a response from dispatch. All my items were packed in plastic storage bins which are now mostly destroyed. Happy I invested in the storage bins to have them destroyed. Overall the worst customer experience I have had. I have had several cross state moves and this was the worst service ever.
