Heritage Moving and Storage

Heritage or it's affiliates destroyed and damaged thousands of dollars of furniture and heirlooms. I was charged for special handling of a grandfather clock and electric piano both of which were damaged or broken. The delivery men showed up smelling like cannabis . Do not trust this company!

We were moved by guys that Heritage got off Craigslist. I was told this. They lost some of our furniture and would only replace it by a ridiculous weight chart. A chair that was 400 by weight was 25.00. Horrible movers. They ruined a lot of furniture too. I would NEVER use them again. NEVER

They moved our baby grand piano. I have to say they did a great job through a tight spot. Very impressed.

I moved from New Smyrna Beach, FL to Eugene, OR in October 2022. The company stole the nicest piece of furniture that I own. It was an antique passed down to me by my mother. I was offered $48 to replace it.

In Eugene one of the movers was local. He also was a handyman. I took his number. Two days later he showed up at my house drunk asking for a ADVANCE for the work that he was going to do in the future.

Additionally, the quote was for $5,900 and the amount that I had to pay was $9,600.

Buyer Beware.

This was our first move in over 10 years and we didn't realize how much stuff we had accumulated over the years. You'd be surprised. Moving can be a hassle and we were a bit weary of going with a company wed never used before. But because a good friend of ours referred them, we said why not.
