Excellent company to work with. Jimmy was very accommodating with our short notice. Would definitely recommend them and will use them call on them if I ever need moving services again.

The only people who were capable. Were the 2 gentlem who delivered our possessions. They were responsible and kept us informed every day. Unlike every one else we delt with who didn't want to make an effort to be helpful. I feel bad for the delivery people who work so hard for you.

I’m giving one star because I can’t give a lower score. I contracted with Heritage in August 2021. I was under the impression that I had scheduled a specific moving date. Boy, was I wrong!! Every call to their dispatchers and managers about the whereabouts of my movers lead to delay after delay. I found out that another move had been schedule prior to mine. And what I thought was originally scheduled for the morning of my move date ended up being very late the evening. Dispatchers were rude and condescending. Even told me I didn’t “understand the moving business.” . I cancelled my move and tried to dispute the charges to no avail. Well, I now understand a lot about the moving business. I know not to ever use Heritage again!!

Great group of guys to work with. Prompt and on time and made my move so much easier. The price is unbeatable given the time and care they took to not only move but set up at my new place. Highly Recommended.
