Herren's Twin City Moving & Storage, Inc.

Moved from Crawfordsville to Lafayette and needed movers. Herren's is definately the company to use. Sent 3 men to load and unload. Put furniture and boxes where i wanted them and did a super job. All of the furniture was padded and wrapped and everything made it without one item being broken. Great experience

I would strongly advise against working with this company. The employees are untrained, did not appropriately back the truck and thus two of my family heirlooms were significantly damaged during transit. The movers admitted fault, noted on my contract that it was their mistake for incorrectly packing the truck, but Herren's did not accept any responsibility. When I initially posted a one-star review the owner offered me $100 to remove my negative comments, which suggests that this company regularly pays off negative reviewers to keep their 4.5 star rating. If you value your items, if you value your money, there are many better local businesses to support in Lafayette than Herren's Twin City Moving and Storage. I would never endorse this company, they are disrespectful to their clients. I always rely on reviews on Google, Yelp, etc. to guide my decision making, so please read this and trust me when I say this company is not worthy of your business.
