I can confidently say that this was one of the best vendor experiences I have ever had, ever. Don't go with any other moving company in New York! I ran into an issue with my storage unit facility closing early because of COVID-19 and Lisa at High Touch immediately got on the phone with me (even after her office was closed!) to help guide me through ways of sorting it out. She started to research and send me recommendations of nearby storage solutions that were still open. She and the movers totally saved me. The whole process was incredible from booking to driving away. The team was responsive, on time, professional and great to work with. I won't work with another moving company ever again!

Super professional, kind, and courteous. Really fast and efficent. They're really good at handling the expensive stuff! Pricing was fair given my move, would recommend in a heart beat. They really took the stress of moving off my shoulders.
