We used High Touch Moving today for a small office move today and they were great. They were on time came in and assessed the items being moved. Went to gather materials came back and within a blink of an eye they were done. They wore face masks and gloves to keep everyone safe. It's good to know even during a national pandemic High Touch is there to handle your move professionally and safely. Thank you for making things go as smooth as it can with a move.

Working with High Touch Moving was a completely flawless and great experience. From scheduling and coordinating with Lisa, to working with the movers, my experience was superb! I used High Touch to move my company's NYC office from one floor to a another, with only a week of planning; and while I was in San Francisco! I found High Touch on a Google search and took the chance that all would work out fine. As soon as I spoke with Lisa (who coordinated everything), I knew I made the right decision. I told her what I needed and she made it happen!!!! She was able to secure a moving team that not only moved the furniture, moving crates and boxes, but also assembled all the new furniture, filing cabinets, tables, chairs, etc.; that were ordered online to furnish our new space. The team was consistently on time and onsite to start the move process and then returned to assemble everything! Their movers were all around nice people and they were so organized, professional and super helpful. They broke down all boxes and neatly put all trash in containers. They made sure my office space was well organized and neat before leaving. The entire move project was seamless, thanks to the Lisa and the movers. I also spoke with a couple of the High Touch leaders who were super accommodating and nice professionals to deal with. They checked in with me throughout the move process. Scheduling at the last minute and from across the country could have been a total nightmare, but I believe I totally lucked out with selecting High Touch and have nothing but positive and great praise for the work they did for our organization. It felt like I was dealing with old friends who were completely invested in doing a great job...and THEY DID!
