I only put one star cuz that's the lowest they can get or I wood not rate them at all the worst experience I've ever had with any company they would not listen to my wife or myself and broke things in the house and scratch our furniture did absolutely nothing in the 3 hourswould not recommend anyone to use them ever they were talking about getting their truck repoed and laughing about it we use glass City movers when we got there and two guys did it in two and a half hoursmy wife and I ended up loading three-quarters of our truck because I would not pay them to stay to do anything else please do not use this Glass City movers 10 times better hands down more professional way better care of items and our home
