Highway 16 Mini Storage

Great place, kept clean, staff our friendly and joking which brings in a professional and at ease environment. The moving company they suggested worked amazing. I recommend the South Sound Movers as well as the storage facilities. I saw one employee going around in the morning and wiping down handles and other multi person use. I thought it was very thoughtful of them to clean and sanitize on a regular basis throughout the day

This is standard, non- climate controlled storage. Was quoted one price by employee on phone, two days later manager Robert wouldn't honor that quote, said employee must be reading old price list. Even tho I told him I gave up a reserved unit elsewhere based on that quote, he would not budge. The only way to bring the price down was to pay in advance for 6 months which gives you 15 days at no charge. When moving out of the space 25 days early, Robert would only credit me for 10 days. For a 10 x 27 storage area, the price I was quoted originally was $302 per month, but Robert charged $355/mom. he said it was the only unit left at that size so he could demand the higher price and if I didn't want it I could go somewhere else. I would suggest you do the same, this place is all about getting as much money as they can out of people. You have lots of other choices!
