They helped us with a local move to our new home in Gig Harbor, and they were worth every penny—and more. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated our belongings with the utmost care.

The Army contracted this company for our PCS and I would not recommend them to anyone else. Not only were they unprofessional at my own they also broke a lot of our furniture. We are missing a few big household items as well. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Do not recommend. The owner is unethical and not customer service orientated. She refused to provide open communication about the repair timeline of my 220 year old leather rocker that had a break due to the move. The chair leg removed from the base and required basic woodworking repair with dowels and wood glue. A photo was sent from the employees and she than proceeded to tell me my only option was to send the family heirloom with her team and she refused to commit to calling me back the next day about the repair timeline. Because quote staff told me that there was always furniture put out in front of their shop from moves, it lead me to believe she had no intent of ever returning my heirloom chair after her rudeness.

If you respect and have nice belongings to move, this is not your moving company. She also skims tips. Would give 0 stars.
