Hilldrup handled our move efficiently. They were professional in communications before move day, comprehensively handled paperwork, and brought everything needed for the move. Overall I was happy with the service. Approval for lithium batteries took over an hour day of despite pre-notification. The policy landscape around these changed a lot in 2024, but I would expect them to be better prepared for shipping them.

Reina and her team were fantastic. They packed up our apartment in Northern Virginia and two storage units very quickly and professionally. They drove our stuff down to Richmond in the pouring rain and unloaded everything up three flights of stairs. Nothing broken and no scratches or dings in our new place. They were so good, I would highly recommend Hildrup to anyone looking to do a local or regional move!

Hilldrup is an amazing moving company they provided great service, they were extremely professional while packing. Worked closely with Jason and Dan to go through our stuff and find something we had accidentally packed. They both were super helpful and just a joy to work with. They helped make a stressful moment a lot easier.

The shipment drop off went very smoothly. The team was on schedule as indicated the day before. Also, informed me 20 mins ahead of arriving at your address. The team members were very focused on getting the work done and the delivery was completed very smoothly and professionally without any damage. It was great see that the company deployed all female team for the delivery.

Karen and Fernanda were excellent! They arrived as scheduled, made sure that they understood all that was to be packed and were interested about any of my concerns. They were careful, efficient, thorough, and knew what they were doing. And, on top of this, they were very pleasant, not rushed, and engaged. For my next move, I’d love to have them back.
