Overall, we had a great experience! We have always moved everything ourselves in the past, so having the additional hands to help pack and unpack really sped up the process, and the extra muscle to physically move everything was a game changer! All of the movers we had at our house(s) were very polite, professional, and incredibly hard workers. I was very impressed by their strength and endurance throughout the process on both ends, and all seemed to be very nice and considerate. My only qualm with the whole process was regarding the planning end, where the expected man hours to load/unload seemed like very low estimates and left the on-site workers unprepared (such as working through lunch without having brought food) and us with logistical challenges because of it taking far longer than expected (for instance, packing/loading was consolidated from two days to one with an estimated 4-5 hours, but it ended up taking the entire day and delayed our cross-country road trip departure). Overall we would use them again, but would plan accordingly to add time to their estimates and have food for us and the on-site team if it goes into meal times.

Norma was on time and very professional when packing out our house. She was personable and was able to answer any questions we had during the packing process. Milena was very careful a thorough when packing our items, especially the high value items. I would highly recommend the service of these two women based on the dependability, efficiency and knowledge of their job.
