Wow! Not surprised to see other recent bad reviews for delivery for Wayfair orders.

My sink sat at the Hilldrup office for almost a month despite my many calls. They scheduled a delivery and then never delivered it and then when it was finally delivered they didn’t give me a delivery window AND didn’t listen to the delivery instructions I had left.

The only reason I’m leaving two stars instead of one is because the lady that manages the phone is super sweet and she tried her best to help me.

Hilldrup received a hot tub I ordered from wayfair but unfortunately they don’t deliver hot tubs (issue on Wayfair side). They were super nice and I went and picked it up. They helped me load it and strap it down. Bonnie in the front office was so sweet and even called me later to see if I made it home safely. You talk about going out of your way. This company went above and beyond to make a bad situation as good as possible. Good people and companies like this are hard to find. Thank you.

Called many times and left a message but didn't respond or call back

Doe snot answer the phone, schedule and odes not show up. They were chosen by waifair for a delivery and they scheduled 3 times and never show up. It look like they dicided to just steal the Patio set, now I have to fight with Waifair to get my $2,500 back....

Terrible experience. I bought a large bathroom vanity from a well known and well regarded company online and they contracted Hilldrup to deliver it. Three times the movers sent a notice that they were going to deliver it and gave me a 6hr window I needed to be home, and three times they didn’t show up, didn’t call, and didn’t respond to my emails, texts, or phone calls asking for an update. Last night they showed up at 9:30pm when my entire family was sleeping. They called from the driveway. So they had my phone number the entire time, but didn’t once give me a heads up that they were going to be missing the appointment, or that they were going to be late. We were told with certainty that they would be moving the 300lb vanity into my entry, but the “contractors” that showed up dumped it in my driveway and would not carry it any further. The box came out of the truck upside down, with arrows clearly indicating such. The movers would not turn it right side up, and told me to contact someone else, because “they don’t do that”, and would not wait for me to open the box to determine if there was damage. This review should be for the “contractor”, but because Hilldrup hired them, they get the review.
