Hilldrup

Had a delivery scheduled for 12/27, scheduled for the morning delivery time, received a text they moved delivery till evening. Stayed home from work all day, received an automated text saying driver would arrive in 30 minutes, it’s been 24 hours no driver has arrived & no phone call. Wasted an entire day waiting for no one to show up. Disappointed!

Seamless seems the best word to fit this review of my moving experience with Hilldrup. From the first contact made, through the completion of my cross country relocation - it was effortless on my part. I was not a simple load drive unload. Because of the smaller capacity of my load, there were several transfers of my items. Nothing was mishandled, nor was there any damage. Communication continued from day one until the several days after acceptance of items. AND, if you are lucky enough to get Maria as your move coordinator - even bigger score!!!! She was amazing.

Horrible service. My husband and I moved across the country from San Antonio, Texas to Greenville, SC and the entire process was a headache. These guys didn’t know packing 101 and multiple items got broken or damaged in the process. The main driver had the nerve to tell me that the reason so many items weren’t check off was my fault… I’m not getting paid here, you are! All I expect is for the job to get done without damages. It didn’t help that the crew they gave us were overweight older men who had no business moving people’s possessions. I will never ever use them or encourage others to use this company in the future!

Nothing to do with the actual service, but whoever was driving in Anderson today needs some driver’s training, not sure why you thought it was appropriate to make a right turn from the turning left lane that you were in, causing me to almost wreck with my 1 year old. I get the inconvenience of rerouting when you realize that you’re going the wrong way but it is even more inconvenient to have to pay for a wreck or lives that you caused. You also probably shouldn’t drive like a bat out of hell when transporting furniture. Do better.
