The team is great and very friendly. Everything went smoothly they made my move less stressful

Beware. This company destroyed my belongings. No one responds about claims I filed. Sent numerous emails to them and the owner Mr. Hill who never had the courtesy to respond. I’ve had to hire a lawyer. They damaged my car, my clothes, my furniture. Items were in storage for 90 days. Mildew. Had to throw away my bed. Packers were a disaster. Wardrobe boxes had dirty outdoor cushions in bottom. Delivery even worse. They just piled things up in house. Broken pieces of furniture everywhere.No regard for where it should be placed. When I asked team leader to put dining table in dining area he said “I’m not an interior decorator.” They refused to help me move a carpet they have delivered a week prior. I’ve moved numerous times. Twice in last 4 years. Zero claims. Now they are denying all. DO NOT use this company.
