Nichole is AMAZING!! I shipped my SUV across the country twice, once last year and again this year, and worked with Nichole both times. Her pricing is beyond reasonable, and I love her professionalism. She always actively responds to all my questions, sets correct expectations with no surprises, arranges great drivers and makes sure the car is taken care of properly until the end. I chose to contact Hilton Auto Transport because I had a problem communicating with a previous company. Nichole provided us with great service. She did everything she could to arrange transportation for our car from Seattle to Houston. We also needed a covered trailer and she found the perfect setup. Very grateful for Nichole in customer service and Vitelli, the truck driver for great service. Vitelli checked the car periodically- the picture I am sharing is what he sent me during the transport to show it was safe and sound. Our SUV arrived safely and it was delivered at the time quoted. After reading all the horrible things that happened to someone with other auto transport company I was so hesitant to use an auto transporter and was actually thinking to drive my car accross Cali to Texas until i stumbled upon this reputable company. Highly reliable, they have transported my honda vehicle from California to Texas in just 4 days. Nicole is very friendly, accomodating and reliable. Ive asked her to find me a reputable transporter that i can entrust my car and that is what she did. Reasoble price, cheaper than other plus a stellar service. My car arrived here in Tyler Texas in less than 4 days without any problem at all. They were very responsive all through out. They made sure i was updated as to the whereabout of my car during the transport. Top notch 5 star service.

This is the second time I have used Hilton Auto Transport and will definitely use them again. Nicole is easy to work with and communicates well. She apparently has a vast team of drivers all over the country. I called her about two weeks ahead of time needing a transport of an old classic muscle car that was not in the best condition. I thought she gave a very reasonable quote.
After getting it running, I called Monday morning and the vehicle was at my house on Tuesday evening.
