Hinds & Hinds Storage (Downtown)

I rented a U-Haul online and it said I could pick up 24 hours. When I called to confirm a week in advance they said you cant pick it up when they're closed so we had to change our plans. Then they called again to tell us they didn't have the vehicle we rented at the location we rented from. Seems like the website does not match reality, which is not surprising in Taos but it is annoying.

This place used to be great...but since new management came in it has declined dramatically

The young lady that took care of me was amazing and extremely helpful. Was in and out pretty fast! Thanks for the great service!

The best place for all your U-Haul needs and storage. Great prices. Competitive storage facilities. Great customer support. And understanding if you fall asleep for a day and forget to call (I hope ?).
