I've been here a few times with the elderly lady I assist. I've found the workers are very helpful. The other day the elderly lady went inside to return keys to a cargo van she had rented. When she came out, she said the young man at the desk had been so friendly and helpful to her. Good work!

DO NOT RENT FROM HINDS & HINDS! They billed my credit card for damage I did not do and tell me after the fact that the customer is responsible for inspecting the vehicle. The vehicle was dirty inside and there was a pair of glasses in the dashboard area, so clearly they are not inspecting the vehicles. I suspect the guy who was sleeping at his desk when we picked up the van moved it after we dropped it off and backed into the overhang or maybe they are just straight up running a scam.
