Hitzfelder Moving always comes and saves the day!!

I have used them every time I have had to move in/around New Braunfels (apprx 7 times). It always is a pleasure to work with a company that is on time, dependable and business professional. I recently bought a safe and wanted not to be a bother to any of my friends with the encounter of this 350lb endeavor. I set up my appointment with Hitzfelder Moving...they picked it up at the store, delivered it to my home and made it appear so easy. Thanks to the team of Jes, Merle and Austin for being amazing and great representatives of a 'staple' in MY moving needs!!

Jess and Austin came to move my mom. They were very polite, friendly, and efficient. They worked quickly and carefully. They asked me where I wanted everything placed and even moved 2 things when I saw the arrangement created a difficult walking path for my mom. They did a walk through when complete just to check if I needed anything else moved.
Gene, scheduled the move for us was very helpful with questions and suggestions to make everything run smoothly. Very happy with their services.

The crew that was sent out were absolutely amazing. Great work, folks!

Spoke with Mr. Hitzfielder three times to request a written estimate which he never sent even though he stated he would send via email three times. Mr. Hitzfielder over promises then could not even provide a written estimate after stating he would three times.

Terrible. Lazy. Incompetent. Clearly milking the hourly rate and being slow. They were moving one couch cushion to the truck at a time with one hand free. Then standing in the truck talking. Soooo slow. One guy dropped out and they discounted me 20 bucks an hour? I still have to move all the heavy stuff. My fridge, compressor, cabinets etc. I might take legal action over the bait and switch on manpower and damage to my walls and furniture. They were moving antiques around without blankets. Sooooo lazy and clearly on a spectrum. There is paint and sheetrock on my hallway floor. Despite they only moved one bed from those two bedrooms and not the other stuff I wanted moved. Unbelievable. I gotta hire somebody else to finish.
