Hockman Piano tuning

I have had Hockman piano tuning do my pianos for over 30 years. I have had an old upright and they have kept it in good working order and in tune. Started back when Kevin's Father was the main tuner. Can't say enough about how much I like Kevin and the job that he does. He is always on time and always pleasant and cheerful.

Kevin arrived on time and did a great job for a fair price. You can tell that he has a passion for what he does.

Schimmel was tuned and voiced by Hockman Piano Tuning this morning. Piano plays and sounds as good as, or perhaps better than, when it was new. Highly recommended.

Kevin Hockman has been keeping my 30-year-old baby grand piano in perfect shape for the last 4 years. He not only does excellent work, but his charges are very reasonable, especially for his level of expertise and the time and precision he puts into his work. I was a UC Professor, now retired, and because of my very busy schedule, I did not keep up with the tuning and cleaning of my piano before I retired. Also, we had moved a few of times, and the piano was in great need of tuning, as well as a good cleaning, as dust had accumulated inside it, and I had no idea of the appropriate way to clean it. I had heard from a friend who had Kevin work on their piano that he did fantastic work. So I called Hockman Piano, and I was really glad that I did! Kevin was so knowledgeable and professional, yet very friendly at the same time. He explained everything to me about what he was doing. When we moved again, the movers did something to the piano and a key didn’t work. He came over and fixed the piano and tuned it, showing me a what had been done to the piano during the move. (Next time I’ll have Kevin move the piano!). I won’t let anyone else work on my piano now except Kevin!
