From start to finish, this has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever witnessed. They didn’t load all of the boxes and furniture, unloaded half of one truck into the basement garage and expected two 70+ year old individuals to haul it up two flights of stairs so they could leave early.

Three of the workers were told they’d be fired after the job three hours in, which caused them to want to walk off the job. It took an hour to convince them to stay. They broke solid wood, 20+ year old furniture, putting holes in the walls in the process.

Not to mention, the entire approx 8 hours they were out, they constantly complained about the amount of stuff, the amount of work it was taking and each other. They were cussing at and about each other loudly and in front of everyone.

tl;dr they didn’t do the job they were hired for, broke furniture and behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner the entire time they were on the job.

Was supposed to contact us 2 weeks before move to survey house. Never did. They never called to say the were coming on move date, they just showed up with survey in hand. The team was not prepared and very disorganized. I saw a lot of back talk to the team lead. Laziness, not organized packing. Had an item get broken and had the person who broke the item become confrontational and raise their voice at me after lying to the shift lead saying they had asked us how to take said furniture item apart (which they never did). Overall only really impressed with shift lead Lexi and her worker Maddie. They never complained and busted their butts trying to get all my stuff packed and loaded. Overall I would not use this company to move anything.

Iv moved a lot through the years and they were by far the best iv ever used.
