Hollister Moving & Storage

Definitely would not recommend this company. We spent over 20K to have our furniture moved to North Carolina. We had some family antiques ( Grandfather clock, antique chair) that we had them pack as we were told they would be responsible for any damage if they packed it.
The items were not securely packed and were destroyed. We followed their procedure and filled out insurance claims. We never received any contact from the insurance company and finally gave up.
The owner Carl would never return any of my calls or respond to any of my emails. The office manager just gave me the run around. It was truly a frustrating experience.

Great company, secure facility, and great moving services

All I will say is I didn’t get all my things and that’s all I have to say.
