If you really want your property get damaged and waste months of your time trying to get it fixed then you should definitely hire 'Hollister Moving & Storage'.

The previous owners of a house I bought hired 'Hollister Moving & Storage' to move their furniture out. 'Hollister Moving & Storage' damaged the ceiling of the house in the process. We opened a claim and they sent one of their drivers to patch the ceiling which made the problem worst leaving a cracked white patch on the ceiling instead of a proper fix.

Me and my agent reach out to them several times but they kept giving excuses, asking us to match the color of the ceiling paint ourselves (something that a professional would have been able to figure out). We went over the same question over and over making me and my agent waste more than a month without actually getting a proper fix.

In summary avoid at all cost hiring this poor value, poor quality and not responsive company. If I would be allowed I would have given a zero stars rate.

drivers are untrained. Large semi style truck merged into me making me swerve off the road almost driving right into another truck. I called just tp warn the owner & the receptionist turned to her feelings, called me a liar and hung up.

I tried to support the local team with my move and greatly regret doing so. On the day of the move the team arrived short at least one planned laborer so they quickly found themselves behind schedule. It was a local move, so this led to a late start unloading at the new home. I ended up having to help unload and they still worked well past midnight. The team did not use any protective coverings, so there wasn't a corner or doorframe that wasn't scratched or needed repainting. They reassembled a bed incorrectly (which later collapsed when a house guest used it). When leaving they drug the lift gate of the truck down the driveway (causing gashes), drove through and damaged a retaining wall and irrigation system, then backed over the mailbox. The claims process took months and they low-balled the repairs claiming no need to fix the driveway since there were other blemishes on it. I've decided it's not worth my time to go to small claims court, but would highly discourage anyone from utilizing their services.

Don’t use this company. We paid 8k and could not get service delivery in CA. The service is honestly like they pay me for the business.
