Chris and Alex were our movers. They were prompt, polite and moved very quickly. I would highly recommend this company (cost was very reasonable) and these 2 movers. Will definitely use them again if needed!

We used them to move my mom from a one-level first floor townhouse to a ground entry apartment in October 2024. They were extremely slow. Only 2 people showed up for furniture and 2 armoires that I told them ahead of time would be very heavy. They did not show up with wrap for armoire chests with doors---they said they ran out. (All trucks should be fully stocked!) I had to tell them how to get armoires out of rooms and into rooms (like remove the room door or angle it this way), so they seemed very inexperienced. Finally, they tried to use me as the third person that they needed a few times to hold the armoire doors shut while they were walking to the truck because they did not have the appropriate wrap and equipment. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and my hands and knees were flaring at the time, and this was uncomfortable. At one point they stopped for a break, and then started quickly and the armoire door fell against the concrete! The main guy yelled at me and said, 'I thought you had it!' I called the office, and the guy that had been very nice when I was booking was not sympathetic. He said that that could not have happened because they were his most experienced guys. They did replace the knob that broke off on the armoire, but it was nothing like the antique one that had broken. They did not even offer a discount. My husband (who had to work that entire week) has moved that armoire many times in the past with one other person and has had no trouble. We were very disappointed.
