1000 out of 10! Seriously will never use any other storage company. Gated, climate controlled, great pricing, and the MANAGEMENT - absolutely incomparable. The level of customer service is completely untouchable. Hannah is SO fantastic at communication and assuring all needs are met and all issues (if any, ever!) are handled and resolved timely and efficiently. I’ve moved all over the place and gone through several storage companies in the process. However, my experience with Houma Lock Storage & RV Park, and my many interactions with Hannah, are unlike any other storage facility or management I’ve dealt with in the past. Truly a no-brainer.
