My move was a nightmare! Not professionals – mostly part-timers. Initial movers and truck arrived over 2 hours late – just to ensure an overnight charge! Very slow and damaged furniture! Main loader (Vlad) pretended he could not understand English after he should up many hours later; he had to rearrange the previous packers loading to further delay; and would not use packing blankets even when I repeatedly asked. Vlad had to rearrange preloaded items to delay and did not know how to pack a truck!! Not pleasant to work with Igor Bachenok (Owner/Operations Manager) and Vlad that tries to get out of his responsibility to make things right. I texted multiple photos of damage to Igor; and only acknowledged one. Igor then ignored and did NOT even send someone out to repair! Igor add charges not noted or even discuss prior to billing me!
House Deal Movers did NOT even come out to the loading location before moving day, they did not plan correctly for time involved or even the size or number of trucks! They also did not even ask what was needed to be moved! They should up over 2 hours late! I was loading and unloading more than the actual hired moves, otherwise time would have taken longer with more fee! What should have taken less than 8 hours total took almost 12 hours, with additional truck charges and overnight storage charges – all added after the fact!
I have disputed the credit card charges only to get LIES and fabrications from Igor with his responses! They will not even call me back to schedule my furniture repair! Why will you not respond to my text and emails regarding your promise?
Save yourself the extra stress go with a different company!

The feedback is not even applicable to the situation that happened. I did not receive a discounted offer and how would that be compensation when i had a negative experience the first time. Why would i want a discounted offer for another bad experience.

I decided to go with house deal movers Minneapolis , because I was highly recommended to me by three different friends. They were very professional and responsive at all points of the move. Walk-through was thorough and gave me a good overview of my different options. I was able to schedule it quickly and easily. Moving day itself I got a great crew of four that took care of all the boxes and furniture including disassembly of cribs (and reassembly later). They even figured out how to take apart part of a chair to fit into a tight spot in our new apartment. Thank you awesome customer service and best value I found !

The House Deal Movers were amazing. True professionals who focused on a quality job. They arrived on time, teams were well prepared and treated my belongings with extreme care. Where do I start, this was our first experience with movers and it was a nightmare. Not professionals. Very slow and damaged furniture. Did not know how to pack a truck!! Not pleasant to work with the owner that tries to get out of his responsibility to make things right. I was told he would send someone out to repair my brand new couch and dining table. I will update my rating as soon as this happens. If it happens. I will have to go to small claims if he does not follow through.
Save yourself the extra stress go with a different company. A week and a half after our move they created an invoice for 3 extra hours. When the movers left they told me I did not owe anything else and there was nothing to sign. The owner stated the evening of my move that he was waiving the last 2 hours. And now I get 2 invoices in 2 days demanding payment. For 3 hours ???? They will not even call me back to schedule my furniture repair. This nightmare keeps getting worse. My couch is brand new $1200 still paying on it and dining table $800 not even a year old.
You have told me that you would have my furniture repaired. Why will you not respond to my text and emails regarding your promise?
Why will you not respond to the Better Business Burial regarding my complaint?
I would think that if you are concerned that you missed the mark you would try to make your mistake right.

Update this company has not responded to Better Business Burial or the Attorney General’s Office. I was told my furniture would be repaired and they will not return my text or calls.
