Excellent customer service! They were always available to answer my questions leading up to the day- and I had a lot of them. On the day of liquidation the workers were exactly on time and extremely efficient. They did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend this company!

Hudson River managed our company’s office move in June 2024. The project was daunting and complicated. Given that we’d never undertaken a big move before, I was apprehensive about how everything would work. How would they ensure everyone’s workstations were packed up efficiently and put in the proper locations in the new office? How would they keep track of all the art? What if there was a parking issue in our new, very-busy location? After our first meeting with Ryan, I realized my fears were unfounded. The team he assigned on the day, led by Frank, made me feel as though they’d managed dozens of projects just like ours, dozens of times before (because they had!). The logistics that stressed me out did not faze them. Everything went off without a hitch; they held my hand every step of the way.

I’ve since worked with Hudson River on several smaller projects. They’re our firm’s go-to moving company, and they’ve become an invaluable resource for us. The Hudson River team is not only highly reliable but also professional, hard-working, knowledgeable and efficient. The entire team has my full trust.

They’re also just a great group of people. It’s not a requirement to enjoy being around the people you have to collaborate with during a move, but it’s certainly a huge plus and it’s one of the things that keeps us going back. 12/10!

Our corporate office is undergoing a months long gut renovation project. Before the renovation could start, we had to take on the task of clearing absolutely everything out of our entire office. Hudson moving was everything I could have asked for in a moving and storage company and made my life so much easier.
The crew was prepared, thoughtful, friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond to help me plan out our week, bring all of the materials we needed, pack up and move our items to storage. Everything was wrapped carefully and we even managed to reduce the estimated days needed to clear out the office because of how quickly the crew moved to get things done.
In the months during the renovation, the Hudson team has kept a detailed and organized inventory sheet of all of our items in storage. They are willing to send us photos as we've needed to plan for bringing items back to the office as we prepare to reopen.
