If I could give them NEGATIVE STAR, I would!!
I moved from NJ to LA back in FEBRUARY!! There was an issue from the very beginning because they had to change my pick up date due to them being OVER BOOKED. They ended up assigning me to a third party company, and ended up picking it up 5 days earlier. Pick up was ok.

Most of my furnitures were brand new and I asked them to be extra careful. The issues started on the delivery day.

When their truck pulled into the loading zone, they asked for an immediate payment. I told them that I wanted everything to be delivered and inspected before I make the final payment, and they said that they will not make any delivery without a payment. They literally hopped on to their truck and told me that I can call them back when I’m ready to make a payment. So I had to make the payment since I didnt want to waste my time. BTW, they were asking for a CASH payment!!!! I specifically told them I would make a credit card payment!! Anyways,

When I got all my deliveries, I noticed the following damages as you can see from the attachments..Every single one of my furnitures came back dented, scratched or broken!!! I contacted the person in charge immediately and he got me all these non-sense excuses saying his company is having a hard time right now blah blah blah and up until today, NOBODY has contacted me for a damage refund. I emailed the company, texted the manager and made several phone calls and still nothing!!

I would totally stay away from this moving company. They are very very nice until they get your payment!!! Stay away!!!!
