This is the 4th time Ideal has done a move for us. They were fantastic. The company's owner paid very careful attention to our needs and checked in with us several times before the date of the move. He was thorough and very pleasant to deal with. The same was true for his office staff. The team that provided the muscle for the move was absolutely wonderful. They showed up on time and worked without a break for about 6 hours, attending to all the details in the most careful way. They were all friendly and very professional. I cannot say enough good things about Ideal. They really earned the 5 stars!

On the day of the move, your team - Jason, Jose, and Helio arrived, on time, and after a tour of our home to obtain information, they started to work.
It was clear from the beginning that they were very well organized and worked well as a team. They followed our requests, and they were very efficient and friendly.
They moved every box and furniture carefully, smiling, respectfully, and politely.
We will highly recommend their service in the future.

I cannot recomend these guys enough. I'm a military brat, moved every two years. Jason and LU (I don't know how to spell his name, just pronounce it) were the most professional and efficent crew I've ever hired. We were a rush emergency order, had to get truck unloaded in 24 hours and they worked with us and our budget to get it done. I will only use these guys in the future and will reccomend them to anyone who asks.
