A Hidden Gem with Excellent Service but Room for Improvement

Kayla is truly a hidden gem in this rustic town! Her customer service is top-notch—she’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help. The facility itself is well-maintained and offers enclosed, climate-controlled storage, which is a huge plus.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is due to an ongoing rat issue. While I understand that pest control can be challenging, especially in certain areas, I do hope management takes further steps to address this concern. If they can resolve this issue, it would be a five-star experience without question!

Would definitely recommend for those in need of secure storage with great service.
