I experienced extremely poor communication. I left voicemails a few times, hoping they would return the call after finishing their job (if they were occupied during the call), but they did not respond—not on the same day, not even after three days! I left voicemails at least four or five times. I contacted them because of their high reviews on Google, but I wonder how they achieved such a high rating with this kind of poor communication.

Update:
It was a simple move from a 1-bedroom apartment to a 2-bedroom apartment, and they took a little over 3 hours. The first hour was wasted due to poor organization, placing items in the truck incorrectly, and I had to pay for that because of their lack of experience. On top of that, I made 5 extra trips in my SUV to transfer other items myself so they could finish faster and I wouldn't have to pay for two more hours. I received a call from them, explained what happened, but they did nothing to compensate for my loss. It was not a good experience to pay for a little over 3 hours when they failed to transfer all my belongings—and the most surprising part is that I don't even have much furniture. In the past, I used a similar service, and the entire move was done in a little less than 2 hours!

Justice from IHC was professional and swift with scheduling and thoroughly picking up and hauling away our yard waste for a reasonable price. We have used IHC's services several times now and will plan to again. Very dependable! Thank you!
